IØ6602 Intrapreneurship in healthcare

Boost Henne, dedicated to fostering female entrepreneurship at NTNU, kicked off the semester with an event that brought together students from all campuses. Entrepreneurs need to make decisions fast, in an unknown environment, without knowing all the answers. This is a group exercise simulating a board meeting where students are forced to make decisions together. If the board doesn’t give clear guidelines, what will the management do?

To come up with good ideas, we need to understand the problem we'd like solve. This exercise is a fast-paced idea creation process, where developing a good problem understanding is the core and starting point.
